The Health Center is located between the Swim Center and the Auditorium in the portable buildings behind Tigard High School toward the soccer fields and track.

The School Based Health Center is open during the school year:

Mondays- 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Tuesdays- 7:30 am- 4:00 pm

Wednesdays- 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Thursdays - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Fridays- 7:30 am - 3:00 pm

During school Holidays we are open, but times may vary, so call us at 503-431-5775 to get the most up to date info.


The Medical Provider is in Monday through Friday during the school year. Holiday hours may vary, so call 503-431-5775 for up to date info.


Appointments are recommended for non-urgent concerns. Same day appointments are usually available.Walk-ins are seen for urgent problems, but Walk-in wait times will vary.

Dear ALL Tigard/Tualatin School District Parents, Students, and Staff-
Washington County has partnered with Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, LifeWorksNW and Tigard-Tualatin School District to provide a quality healthcare facility right on the Tigard High School campus.

The health center is open year round. It is open daily when school is in session, and on a reduced schedule during school holidays (call for current holiday hours). It is designed to ease access to healthcare for all students and staff, regardless of their ability to pay, by reducing the inconvenience, cost, and the need for transportation.

Our Goals for Care:

Easy access to primary health care for ALL students, reducing school absences;

  • Preventative health care and health care education;

  • Coordination and management of chronic illnesses with student's primary care provider;

  • Brief counseling for anxiety and depression; behavioral support for substance abuse cessation; support for academic and family issues;

  • Prevention of communicable diseases;

  • Family support;

  • Service for TTSD staff and their children to reduce the need for substitutes and sick leave time.
